You need someone who can understand what you do, work out what your customers need to see, make it look good and build it properly.
At larger agencies, your ideas move through account managers, designers, copywriters and developers. Everyone receives a piece. Nobody holds the whole thing. Creative Baguette is intentionally small: the same person shapes the structure, writes the copy, makes the design decisions and follows the project through to launch.

Before Creative Baguette, Manon spent years in operations and process improvement in Australian finance. She has also owned and run small businesses of her own, in tech, design, construction and events, before web design became the whole job.
She knows how established businesses actually run, what professional looks like up close, and what it feels like to be the owner. The corporate fog stayed behind.

You usually see the first version within one week of the focused project meeting. That first version gives us something real to improve instead of losing weeks to abstract discussion.

Creative Baguette does not launch the website and disappear. Hosting, maintenance and support are available afterwards, so the website stays current without becoming your job.
You do not have to log in unless you want to.

Manon is French-Australian, has lived in several countries, speaks three languages and represented Australia in two sports, indoor and beach handball. So yes, she is fairly used to adapting, solving problems and staying calm when there are 47 moving pieces.
But the real reason she cares about this work is people. Small business owners building something from scratch, backing themselves, figuring things out and keeping going. The raw stories, the tiny wins, the “I can’t believe this is actually working” moments. That stuff matters to her.
