Who we are

What we collect, and why

Contact form. When you fill in the form on /contact/, we collect your name, email, phone number and whatever you tell us about your project. This is handled by Tally (form software) and stored in Brevo (our email and client-communication platform), so we can reply to your enquiry and, if you don't opt out, send occasional emails about our services.

Bookings. When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you select, so we can meet with you.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people use this site: pages visited, general location (city-level, not exact address), device type. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

Advertising. If you arrive here through a Google ad, Google Ads conversion tracking tells us that an ad led to an enquiry or booking, so we know which ads are working. It does not give us your personal details beyond what you separately provide us via the contact form or Calendly.

Cookies. This site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and to remember basic preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work, though some things (like a previously-started form) may not be remembered.

Where your information is processed

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site and our business: Cloudflare (hosting), Tally (forms), Make (which passes form submissions from Tally to Brevo), Brevo (email and client communication), and Calendly (bookings). All of these are established international providers, which means some of your information may be processed on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States or Europe, depending on the provider. Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices, which you can review on their respective websites.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as it's useful to our working relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. If you ask us to delete your information and there's no legal or accounting reason we need to keep it, we will.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us at any time to: tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, delete your information, or unsubscribe from any emails (every email has an unsubscribe link, or just reply and ask). Email hello@creativebaguette.com for any of this.

Clients

If you're a client, we handle whatever information your own project requires (for example, content and images for your website) separately, as agreed with you during the project. You always own your website and its files.

We may update this page from time to time as our tools or practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
