A performance excellence agency, built to match

Cannon Velocity is a US-based performance excellence agency: accelerating new ways of thinking for the people and teams they work with.

The site needed the same confidence the agency brings to the room.

Industry: Performance coaching and training
Work: Branding, logo design, website design and development

Cannon Velocity website, designed and built by Creative Baguette

/ cannonvelocity.com

The starting point: a founder with years of expertise and a huge personality.

Cannon Velocity's founder, Tiletha Cannon, has coached performance for years and wanted a website that reflected her expertise, originality and vibrant energy, not a toned-down, generic version of who she actually is.

The consulting world has a house style, and it's beige. Grey suits, stock handshakes, the same five words on every homepage. For a coaching business built on energy and a genuine point of view, blending in isn't safe. It's expensive. A prospect who meets Tiletha after seeing a bland website would wonder which one is the real business.

There was also real substance to organise: Cannon Velocity works across Agile, Scrum, SAFe and Kanban, with its own frameworks for coaching teams beyond certification-level basics. The site had to hold that depth without reading like a textbook.

A strong purple palette and a striking founder photo carry that energy from the very first screen.

The decisions that mattered

A logo
built from scratch

Brand identity, not just a site

Creative Baguette designed Cannon Velocity's logo and visual identity alongside the website, so the brand and the site launched matching, not stitched together afterwards.

A bold,
confident palette

Purple, not beige

A striking colour choice signals energy and a point of view, matching the "accelerating" promise rather than fading into generic consulting-site grey.

The founder,
front and centre

Personality-led, not corporate

A large, expressive founder photo makes clear this is a person-led agency, matching her actual energy rather than a toned-down version of it.

A platform to show
services and how to engage

Curiosity to a concrete next step

The site gives potential clients and businesses a clear view of her services and how they could work together, with an easy way to get in touch.

What shipped: a working home for a US agency.

The live cannonvelocity.com covers the full picture: an about page that puts Tiletha and her vision up front, service pages explaining how the agency helps teams move from certified to genuinely capable, a dedicated workshop page, and a blog for her thinking on performance and Agile leadership.

Her own frameworks, Scrum with Soul™ and the VelocityV™ Framework, get named and explained in her words rather than flattened into consulting-speak. That matters: the frameworks are the product, and the website is where prospects first meet them.

Creative Baguette designed and built all of it from Australia, with the founder in the United States. Different hemispheres, one project, no drama.

The result: a site with the same energy as the founder.

Cannon Velocity launched with a matching logo, brand and website: bold, purple, personality-led, and clear about how to start working together. The brand a prospect meets online is the same one that walks into the room.

Questions founders like Tiletha ask us

Do you work with businesses outside Australia?

Yes.

Cannon Velocity is based in the United States and the whole project ran remotely: one founder, one point of contact, and a site built around her services and voice.

Can you build the brand and the website at the same time?

Yes, and it usually works better that way.

Logo, colours and website designed together means the brand launches matching, instead of a site that has to be retrofitted to a logo made somewhere else.

My personality is a big part of my business. Will the website show it?

That is the goal.

For Cannon Velocity that meant a bold purple palette and the founder front and centre, because a personality-led business hiding behind stock photos would be selling something it isn't.
